1cup Milk non-dairy alternatives such as almond milk work great
1/2cupOld-fashioned Rolled Oats
3/4cupQuick 1-minute Oats
1/4cupSteel Cut Oats
pinch of salt
1tspcinnamon
1tspvanilla
2-3tbspchia seeds if desired
2 tbspflaxseed
fresh fruitbananas, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
Instructions
Whisk honey and Greek yogurt, making sure there are no lumps.
Add milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and continue whisking until slightly frothy.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Will last for a week in the fridge.
Serve with fresh fruit.
Notes
The 3 different types of oats add great texture and absorb liquids at different paces and quantities. For a creamier version, use more quick oats. For more chewiness, use more rolled oats. for a little more texture, add in more steel-cut oats.
